Wavesight working together with Larsen and Toubro in Mumbai City
L&T Construction successfully completed the CCTV surveillance project in Mumbai City involving 4717 cameras at 1510 locations in the City of Mumbai. Wavesight is proud to have deployed its radios at 408 locations involving over 1000 radios .
Wavesight wireless radios not only provided the last mile connectivity at critical locations in the City but also helped provide a secure and reliable alternative at those locations where the deployment of fibre (wired connectivity) required more time.
Project Director P R Kumar said ‘In our pursuit of deploying many cameras across Mumbai City to meet the deadlines set by the Ministry and the Police, Wavesight radios provided a safe, secure and reliable alternative – especially in those locations where access to the laying of cable was difficult or impossible to do within the timeframe.’
