IL&FS Technologies and M/s. Wavesight sign Rate Contract to supply , install and commission Edge Equipment in the State of Rajasthan India
We are pleased to announce that M/s. IL&FS Technologies and M/s. Wavesight Wireless Solutions Pvt Ltd, New Delhi have signed a Rate Contract for the Supply, Installation, Commissioning and FMS of Edge Equipment’s under Surveillance and Incident Response Project in the state of Rajasthan. India
Project Background
Raj Comp Info Services Ltd., on behalf of the Government of Rajasthan is in process of establishing a Command & Control Centre (Video Surveillance room, Dial 100 Control Room, Forensic Investigation room, ITMS room, Data Centre & FMS/NOC room and Power room) under a Surveillance and Incident Response Project in Seven Cities of the State of Rajasthan. Under this Surveillance and Incident Response Project, the state Government intends to provide safety, security and timely assistance to the residents at the time of emergency. This project would integrate surveillance systems of different stakeholders with the objective of enhancing safety and security of the districts.
M/s. IL&FS Technologies Ltd (IL&FS) has been awarded the contract for the supply of selected Edge Devices across 20 districts and FMS services in 10 districts of Rajasthan. This Rate Contract, comprising of different types of cameras connected to the district control room and then to the central command and control centre in Jaipur. IL&FS shall be establishing an interface link between the nearest fibre pit and the Pole on which camera is installed using either a radio link or a wired network as the case may be. Wavesight with its experience of over 5000 installations in more than 30 countries across UK, Europe, Middle East, South Asia and the recent deployment of over 1000 radios in the Mumbai City Surveillance project, shall be providing ILF&S with its new generation (TDMA compliant) radios and support during the feasibility survey, design finalisation, execution and GO LIVE of the project with maintenance support thereafter for five years.
